Structural contraction and organizational change are increasingly occurring in public and private sectors today. With the restructuring of global capital on the world, there is also a process of change and restructuring in labor markets. This change has begun to make workforce employment insecure that not only in the backward countries, but also in the developed countries. So much so that precarious employment nowadays has become a major concern in the German labor market and measures have been taken to solve the problem. The most effective structure in this subject is, of course, trade unions. The attitude of trade unions in Germany against precarious work; the strategies they have developed are very important. In this context, the first strategy that unions deal with is to make collective bargains cover precarious workers. Second, precarious jobs are removed or at least delimited. The third strategy is the removal of obstacles in front of the organization of the precarious employed. The last strategy of the unions, properly works in other words, it is the dissemination of works that will be suitable for human dignity.
