The aim of this study is to determine whether employees' emotional intelligence in the hotel business impact on job stress and work life balance. In addition, it is also studied whether the effect of job stress on work life balance. The population of study includes employees and managers of the 5 star hotels within the borders of Alanya district of Antalya province. The sample is available 201 employees or managers. The survey was collected of easy sampling by face to face collect and drop techniques from June to December 2014. According to the research results, it has been determined that awareness of employees own emotion and emotion regulation effect on job stress. In addition to that, emotional intellingence has not significantly effect on work life balance.
