Dietary Fibers (DF) are indigestible portion of food derived from plants. Thus, trend for this type of nutrition has increased lately due to being protective for diverticulosis, constipation, hemorrhoid, colon cancer, obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
It is important that dieatary fibers used in bakery products, cereal, pasta and noodle, some beverages, meat products, etc should become widespread in dairy products as well.
