In line with the changing world and changing consumer preferences in the Hospitality industry sector it seems to have found a replacement. In recent years, that arise due to this change and rapidly growing boutique hotel sector is remarkable. In this study, boutique hotel sector has tried to be analyzed in terms of competition environment. In this context, it is utilized primary and secondary data related to the sector. In accordance with the data obtained from primary data, the competitive situation of boutique hotel sector has been presented with the factors that the threat of substitute services, the threat of new firms can enter the market, the bargaining power of customers, the bargaining power of suppliers and the intensity of competition in the market. Finally, under this study it has been made internal anaysis of sample boutique hotel and proposals have been made.
