The importance of molecular recognition studies in organic chemistry is increasing day by day. There are chiral molecules in the biomolecules in living cells and in the majority of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. Because they are the building blocks of biological molecules, molecular recognition studies with amine or protonated amine compounds is widespread interest. Many novel receptor compound was synthesized for in use recognition study of this chiral molecules.
In this study, it conducted a review on the quantitative determination methods for used on recognition studies of four macrocyclic receptors with chiral organic ammonium salts and amino acids.
