Technlogical developments lead to develop the methods that are used in the studies of veterinary anatomy. The method of classic dissection gives its place to the studies of three-dimensional (3d) reconstruction which takes part in computer technologies. By using various computer programs, 3d reconstruction is achieved on the anatomic area which is studied from the two-dimensional (2d) images that are obtained from magnetic rezonans (MR) or computed tomography (CT). Besides, fotogrametry – the union of photograhy and computer technology- becomes widespread among the anatomic studies. These advantageous and salient methods are used in anatomic and morphometric studies connected with several systems.
