Mathematics is a systematic branch of science that contributes to the improvement of mental functions, evaluates events and state of affairs in a manner of more objective and rationalist way in the light of multi-variable functions and makes the life easier. Furthermore, Mathematics, which has significant contributions in understanding and giving meaning to other sciences, is always open to innovation and development. All around the world, it is seen that innovation that means change or innovativeness contributes the education in overall and the improvement of mathematics education and teaching in private. With this regard, it is clear that building innovation-based mathematical education and teaching will be beneficial. In this study, the importance of innovation is focused on, and the fundamental parameters of labour-force in innovation are explained as mathematics education is constructed. Also, an important and essential innovation-based approach of mathematical teaching is presented and some important advices are offered with this regard.
