Any industrial company can not fully resolve industrial problems by using
their own research and development facilities. All industrial companies should be in
a strong communications with the all scientific world. This is true for small to medium
sized companies and large industrial organizations. Companies with large R&D
groups, can carry out new research projects to improve production methods and for
modification of the product without deviating from their target. By this way, it becomes
possible to produce a new model features with high-quality products which allows
company ultimately increase the diversity of products and of market share. The
science and technology evolves rapidly and covers wide variation. Therefore, most of
the companies can not reserve their own research facilities even, for attractive appropriate
and promising research. Because it may be not cost-effective and sustainable.
Companies who want to be the leader of business must support the other companies
which have the knowledge and experience, to serve and support the their purposes.
Also leader companies must support and coorporate with the state’s institutions related
to their sector, educational institutions and R&D centers. Sarting from 1993, governments
have provided technical support for science teaching at universities and R
& D institutions. This was necessary for to catch the basic sciences and technical education
level of European norms. Governments is also gradually increased funding of
university-industry coorperation and supported by laws. Technopark practices are
established in many universities, efforts to better educate engineers (ITU, METU, KTU
etc.), which are good examples for university-industry cooperation. State must participating
actively and financially support to university and industry collaboration to
integrate, for equipped with technological knowledge to create skilled manpower to
ensure the state-university-industry cooperation can be motivated to continuerising.
